STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich., June 10, 2026 — Democratic candidate Katrina Manetta today announced that she has received the endorsement of the American People’s Compact (APC) in her campaign for Michigan’s 58th State House district.
The endorsement follows Manetta’s signing of the APC candidate pledge, which outlines a people-first approach to government focused on accountability, reducing the influence of special interests, protecting individual freedoms, and strengthening democratic institutions.
The APC supports candidates who are committed to putting the interests of everyday Americans ahead of political parties, corporate donors, and entrenched political interests.
“I’m honored to earn the endorsement of the American People’s Compact,” Manetta said. “One of the primary reasons I decided to run for office is because too many people feel like the government no longer works for them. People are working harder than ever, costs keep rising, and too often politicians seem more focused on special interests and partisan games than solving real problems.”

Michigan’s 58th House District includes parts of Sterling Heights, Warren, Utica and Shelby Township and is widely considered one of the most competitive districts in the state.
