STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich., Feb. 17, 2026 — Today, Katrina Manetta was endorsed by Run for Something (RFS), a national organization that recruits and supports the next generation of progressive leaders for state and local office. The organization’s slate of newly endorsed candidates includes young, diverse progressives from across the country who are ready to lead in their communities.
“Run for Something exists to open doors for people who weren’t born into political networks,” Manetta said. “I’m proud to be part of that. I grew up here, I work here, and I know firsthand how hard families are working just to stay afloat. It shouldn’t be this hard to get ahead.”
